Skid-mounted BWRO systems are designed for reliable desalination of brackish water where TDS, hardness, and dissolved salts require stable removal.
The integrated skid package enables fast installation, consistent water quality, and efficient operation for industrial and municipal applications. The system is typically supplied as a skid-mounted package and can also be integrated into a containerized enclosure upon request for flexible transportation and rapid on-site deployment.
We provide engineering support including system selection guidance, feed water analysis suggestions, and configuration optimization based on project requirements.
Skid-Mounted Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) System
The skid-mounted BWRO system integrates pretreatment, high-pressure RO membrane separation, and control units into a single compact package.
It is engineered to treat brackish water with elevated TDS and dissolved salts, delivering consistent permeate quality while maintaining efficient energy consumption and stable system performance. Depending on project requirements, the BWRO system can be delivered in skid-mounted or containerized configuration, supporting modular installation, transportation efficiency, and outdoor operation.
Key Features
BWRO System Process Overview

Step 1 – Feed Water Pretreatment
Raw brackish water passes through multimedia, activated carbon, and cartridge filters to remove suspended solids, organics, and fine particles.
Step 2 – High-Pressure Pumping
Pretreated feed water is pressurized to meet the operating requirements of the BWRO membrane system.
Step 3 – Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis
Pressurized water flows through BWRO membrane modules, separating dissolved salts and impurities from the permeate stream.
Step 4 – Permeate Collection
Desalinated permeate is collected in the RO permeate tank and supplied to downstream points of use.
Step 5 – Concentrate Discharge
Concentrated brine is discharged or directed to further treatment, depending on project requirements.
Step 6 – CIP Cleaning
A dedicated CIP loop allows periodic chemical cleaning to maintain stable membrane performance and service life.
